![]() ![]() Zuño Kristal Coaching is a relatively new profession, but in one way or another I have been coaching for most of my career. As a teen in Peru, I was head of a youth organization, working with groups. After my degree in psychology, I moved to Israel, where I continued my studies to receive a Master’s degree in psychology and where I worked for ten years as a group facilitator, non-profit manager, starting up the largest cellular company (Cellcom), and then in corporate positions within the cellular company in training, sales and management. Throughout the years I noticed I had the ability to connect with individuals and groups, to listen in a meaningful way, and I discovered this was not only my greatest strength but also my biggest passion. In New York, where I have been living with my family since 1999 I officially became a coach. I completed my MA in organizational psychology at Columbia University and I am now finishing my Doctoral dissertation researching the coaching process. I work with clients, individually and in groups in English, Spanish and Hebrew, in person and via phone. Coaching, as I view it, is a made-to-order, or to need or to desire, process. Some of my clients reach their goals within one concentrated Breakthrough CoachingTM session, others work with me for three months, and others stay for a year or longer, and some opt for coaching in a group setting. When choosing a coach, education
and experience are very important, but the main thing is to find the
right coach for YOU. Below you will find more information bout my experience
as a coach, a lecturer and researcher in the area of coaching. But beyond
that, I invite you to call or email me to find out what coaching can
do for you.
