The Personal-Life coaching process is based on an action-oriented alliance that works towards developing your strengths, discovering and achieving personal and professional goals. Personal-Life Coaching allows you to listen to yourself and empowers you to find your own way. With the help of the coach, you will learn to hear your own voice and to focus on actions for change. The coach gives you the support, encouragement and guidance you need. Basically it is about you being yourself, the best way you can be.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your participation:
Personal-life Coaching can be done in different settings; you can choose what work best for you. We invite you to contact us to learn more about the advantages and disadvantages of each setting so you can decide which matches you best.

Face to Face meetings (45 to 55 minutes meetings)
Phone sessions (45 to 55 minutes meetings)
Group Coaching (in person 75 to 90 minutes group meetings, or on the phone 60 minutes meetings)

In addition there is self-work to do between meetings, as well as support via email and the possibility of laser coaching (short coaching conversation on the phone).

The role of the coach:

The coach listens to you, acts as a mirror and reflects back your thoughts. The coach will listen to you in an active way, will ask questions that will foster that you open your mind to your future instead of reliving your past. This is a dynamic process that empowers you to find your own way based on your true strengths, your life experience and your desires. I am an expert in the coaching process. You are the expert in your own life. Together we can work towards your: change, growth, and happiness.

No prejudice or judgment!

As a coach I provide unconditional support, without prejudice or judgment. I will encourage you to believe in yourself and reinforce your strengths instead of focusing on your weaknesses. Our work together will be a combination of conversations (face to face and/or by phone), self-reflection, work done on your own, and other techniques.
